German-Japanese Exchange Program for Young Employees |
Whilst many other institutions exchange programs are directed at students, this program seeks to give young employees and trainees aged between 18 and 30 years the opportunity to visit the other country.
The program is aimed at young people who work in the following areas of employment:
- administrative occupations (from the fields of private and public administration);
- social work occupations (from the fields of aged care, caring for the disabled, nursing, and child care );
- manufacturing occupations (from the fields of industry and trades).
