The artist group Keyakinokai under the direction of NAKAMURA Yōko has been working with the traditional techniques of Oshie (relief pictures made with fabric) for many years. Now they have copied the famous 36 views of Mount Fuji by the master woodcutter HOKUSAI. This rarely shown technique is part of this traveling exhibition and on display in Würzburg, Düsseldorf, Cologne and the Japanese-German Center Berlin Station.
The exhibtion is a cooperative project with the EKŌ-House of Japanese Culture in Düsseldorf.
